有人需要一份稳定的工作，他的命运及人生就变好了。有人需要降低心中的高期望，懂得珍惜眼前人，他的命运及人生也开始有了新的变化。有人一直没有赚到钱，常年负债，而当他去到新的环境，脱离了原有的关系圈，他的财运也就来了。有人结婚后，变得有担当。也有人结婚后，变得十分窝囊。所以说，命运可以改变吗？ 好像能，又好像不能，命运始终处于量子态。它就像一个没有打开的箱子，我们无法确定箱子里的猫是死是活。（又如你现在打开了这篇文章，说明你对自己命运有所思考。当一个人开始思考自己命运的时候，他的命运也已经悄然出现新的变化。也许你现在还没有发觉，但往后你便能看得清楚，这是自己命运发生转变的拐点。）我们唯一可以确定的，是这个箱子里有一只猫，但我们不知道猫的死活。为什么我们能确定箱子里有一只猫？因为这是著名的思想实验“薛定谔的猫”，这只猫是我们为做实验亲手放进去的。所以，这里的“猫”等同于人的“命”，它是可以确定的，无法改变。就像我们每个人无法改变自己所出生的家庭，我们生来就在这个家庭，即便有人从一出生就被人抱养，他也无法选择抱养他的家庭。 可以说，一个人最根本的命数，是确定的。正如我们常说的“一命二运三风水，四积阴德五读书”，“命”排在第一重要的位置。既然人的命是确定的，那么我们是否就应该听天由命呢？显然不是，在“命”之后，还有“运”。这个“运”是流转的。有些人的命不好，生在十分贫苦的家庭，但他们确实通过自身的努力，把握住时代发展的机遇，从而过上富裕的生活，拥有美好的人生。这样的事例，相信大家能从身边的人看到。有些人在小时候吃过很多苦，长大后却赚了很多钱。也有些人在年轻时得意洋洋，到年老却诸事不顺。这些都是人的“运”在转变。（到这里，再想一想，人的命运可以改变吗？） 命是人的根本，运则是人在成长过程的变化。就好像一棵树，它的种子决定了它是一棵苹果树，或是梨子树。而“运”与“风水”，就是这棵树所生长的土壤、阳光、水源等外部环境。人也一样，也不一样。人跟树不一样的地方，在于“人挪活，树挪死”，人具备生命的主观能动性。换言之，人无法改命，却能改运及风水，积德行善多读书。正如梁冬在凉子访谈录中所说：命运的本质，就是你内在的隐秘的世界观。往往一个人有什么样的世界观，他就会看见什么样的命运。 而人的世界观从哪里来？人的世界观是后天形成的。因此，我们每个人都能通过学习与实践来改变命运。也就是积德行善多读书...

The Theory of Three Human Attributes

I refer to this as the “Theory of Three Attributes.” Summarizing and elaborating on these three essential attributes of human nature helps us gradually analyze its complexity and variability from a scientific perspective. This theory is not my original invention. As early as 1999, Chinese psychologist Guo Nianfeng, within his framework of humanistic psychology, explicitly defined human nature as the dialectical unity of biological, spiritual, and social attributes. What I have done is to inherit and develop this academic lineage, while introducing innovations in integration and modern expression, thus forming a systematic framework with independent value. Instead, he would have genuinely lived the words “facing the sea, with spring flowers blossoming”—chopping wood, feeding horses, and traveling the world. As Adler said in Understanding Human Nature, a healthy person is one who “follows social rules and enjoys life.” Obviously, this “enjoyment” does not mean a life of indulgence and extravagance, but rather a person’s perception of life and of living. Only by truly living do we come to know what life is. Modern people cannot live without everyday necessities, which shows just how important they are—yet we take them for granted.
